Our society is governed by a simple rule. What we don’t understand doesn’t exist. As a result everything in society has to fit in a rigid framework. Every person has to be a male or a female. Even their characteristics, and behavioural traits are dictated by the society. But, what of the people who can’t be classified as either a he or she? Society either ignores them, or blames them for everything that goes wrong in the world. Trans-genders have been the victims of the irrationalities of society from the start of civilization.

A self-help book for success at work! No Parking. No Halt. Success Nonstop! has 50 career lessons for today’s 20teen generation. Practical and comprehensive, the book often stretches to the point of ‘cunning without harming’. Interspersed with quotes, stories and humour, it also breaks a few myths. The author treads the fine line between ethical and non-ethical. The author is able to convince the reader about the necessity for professional success.
Before reading, I was a bit skeptical about the book. Firstly, the title sounds like an advertising gimmick. Secondly, there are tons of books promising the success mantra, so I wasn’t sure if there’d be anything new. However, as I started reading, the author’s refreshing new point of view on some of the same old concepts, and his thorough analysis impressed me.
